Cherry Hills is a well planned community with a wonderful location just off 69 Highway. Homes start in the $170's and go into the $350's. Lot prices start at $26,900 and go to $29,900.There are cul de sac lots available and walk out lots available.
Cherry Hills Subdivision differs from the Madison Park and Wildflower Subdivisions in that property owners can select their own home builder. There are many quality builders available in the community or you can bring the builder of your choice.
